I am a content creator with a scientific background and a passion for books and philosophy. I started out on social media talking about food, nutrition and science, and gradually expanded into everything that sparks my curiosity: literature, philosophy, culture and questions that don’t have simple answers.
I enjoy making complex ideas feel approachable using humor, curiosity and a distinctly personal perspective. Along the way, I wrote a book and went back to university to study Philosophy. Now I share what I am learning, what I am reading and, inevitably, quite a bit of myself.
