Our CEO is looking for a Founder’s Associate—one of those rare and high-impact roles (staples of the Silicon Valley ecosystem) where you learn how a high-growth scaleup actually operates by working side-by-side with the Founder on the most critical decisions.
You will start today as a fresh graduate with the clear objective of transitioning into a full-time role at Vidoser. Our CEO is searching for someone who is hungry to understand how a company is truly built from the ground up.

Who we are looking for:
Creator Economy Enthusiast: Deeply passionate about the industry, specifically Creator Marketing.
Social Native: You scroll TikTok and Instagram feeds, constantly DM-ing ideas and trends.
AI-Savvy: You love tinkering with AI; you’re up to date with Claude and ChatGPT, know how to use Lovable, and can build automations.
Bilingual: Excellent proficiency in both Italian and English.
True Hunger: A relentless drive to learn, build, and grow.
What you will work on:
Researching and drafting proposals for potential partners and creators.
Developing engagement strategies for our core assets (Creator Network and Product).
Preparing memos and documentation for Investors and VCs.
Managing negotiations, partnerships, and strategic opportunities.
This is not a support role. It is a high-intensity experience. Within 12 months, you could find yourself having worked on a fundraising round, an acquisition, and the launch of new European markets.
Practical Info:
You will work directly with the CEO.
Location: Based in Milan (in-person presence required, with some flexibility for remote work), and occasionally traveling by plane.
Compensation: Starting at €700/month for the internship period, leading into a full-time position.
