YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You will join the Influencer Marketing team and will be responsible for:
Researching, selecting, and evaluating influencers and UGC creators aligned with the clients' industry, goals, and needs.
Contributing to the development of influencer marketing and UGC strategies, collaborating with the strategic and creative teams to define proposals, concepts, KPIs, and activation plans.
Managing relationships with talent agencies, creators, influencers, and external partners, supporting negotiations, agreements, and operational communications.
Supervising the production of visual and textual content, ensuring consistency with client-approved briefs.
Planning, coordinating, and monitoring campaigns, managing activities, deadlines, budgets, deliverables, and ongoing optimizations.
Supporting the administrative management of payments to creators and influencers, in coordination with the internal team.
Analyzing data, metrics, and performance using company tools or dedicated platforms, preparing periodic reports on campaign effectiveness.
Monitoring trends, communication styles, emerging creators, platforms, and market opportunities to contribute to the development of new proposals for clients and prospects.
REQUIREMENTS
2-3 years of previous experience in a similar role.
Planning and organizational skills are a must.
Reliability and precision.
Strong team-working attitude.
Curiosity about the creator economy and the world of creators.
Proficiency and mastery of Canva and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Good command of both written and spoken English.
WHAT WE OFFER
In line with the principles of transparency and equal pay, the company plans to integrate two distinct professional figures into the team. Salary will be defined based on the experience and technical-operational skills verified during the interview process, structured as follows:
Mid-level Profile (More experience): Expected starting gross annual salary (RAL) of €27,000.00 - €30,000.00.
Junior Profile: Expected starting gross annual salary (RAL) of €24,000.00 - €26,000.00.
