Vidoser is Italy’s leading creator marketing ecosystem. We work with more than 260 brands, including Absolut, Doritos, MAC and Qonto, and exclusively manage over 80 creators.

We have recently expanded into Spain, where we already represent several creators exclusively. We are now looking for the first team members who will help us build and grow our Spanish operations.

The Role

You will join Vidoser España in Madrid.

This is not an execution focused role within an established structure. It is an opportunity to help build and expand our Spanish creator roster, supported by a proven system of technology, processes and brand partnerships that is already successful in Italy and will soon be rolled out across other European markets.

You will report directly to the CEO of VidoserTalent Italy.

Location and Working Model

Madrid, with a hybrid working model.

Your Responsibilities

You will manage creators throughout the entire process, from scouting and onboarding to ongoing relationship management.

You will negotiate and manage contracts with creators and brands.

You will coordinate partnerships and campaigns between creators and brand partners.

You will build and grow the Spanish roster, with direct responsibility for performance and results.

What We Are Looking For

Current or recent experience as a talent manager or creator manager at a talent agency in Madrid.

Proven ability to manage creator relationships, contracts and brand deals.

Fluent English, as you will work in an international environment.

A strong desire to build something from the ground up, rather than simply manage an existing roster.

A gross annual salary between €20,000 and €35,000.
