Creative Social & Content Manager

Our office is located in Milan, and this is a full-time position under a fixed-term CCNL Terziario - ANPIT contract.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will join the Creative Content team and will be responsible for:
Strategy, Concept Creation & Content Production
Planning and managing Editorial Plans (PED) for multiple clients, integrating local requests with guidelines provided by the global team.
Developing content approaches, creative concepts, competitor analyses, and market benchmarks for active clients, pitches, and new projects.
Ideating and writing copy, captions, and scripts for social content (static and video).
Supervising and supporting the creative team in researching trends and platform-native formats.
Operational Coordination & Project Management
Constantly updating internal and client operational master plans to track project progress and delivery.
Coordinating seamlessly with internal teams (Copy, Account, Creative, Video, Design, IM & Creator).
Participating in regular client alignment meetings to share priorities, progress updates, and new opportunities.
Coordinating ad strategies with Media Traffickers, Clients, and Media Agencies.
Events, Live Coverage & On-Site Presence
Planning, organizing, and managing live coverage activities during events.
Providing on-site presence and support to the video/production team during shoots and corporate events.
Community Management, Analytics & Reporting
Managing Community Management: proactively handling interactions and conversations across social channels.
Periodically collecting, organizing, and analyzing insights.
Drafting quantitative and qualitative end-of-campaign/project reports to support strategy.
REQUIREMENTS
2–3 years of prior experience in a similar role
High reliability and attention to detail
Strong teamwork mindset
Curiosity about the creator economy
Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva and CapCut
Excellent command of written and spoken English
WHAT WE OFFER
In line with our principles of transparency and equal pay, we are looking to onboard 1 team member. Compensation will be determined based on experience and technical-operational skills evaluated during the interview, within the following starting range: €24,000.00 – €27,000.00 Gross Annual Salary (RAL).
