Account Manager

Location and Employment Type Our office is based in Milan. The contract type and level will be defined based on the selected candidate's profile.

What You Will Do You will join the Account team and act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams—creative, strategy, and production. You will be responsible for:

  • Client Management & Delivery: You will oversee the daily relationship with your portfolio of clients, coordinating project phases from brief reception to final delivery, ensuring quality, deadlines, and alignment with goals.

  • Briefing & Internal Coordination: You will translate client needs into clear and actionable briefs for the creative and production teams, acting as a director between the parties to ensure consistency and flawless execution.

  • Commercial Contribution & Portfolio Development: You will support the acquisition of new clients through the preparation of proposals, presentations, and pitches, and nurture relationships with existing clients through upselling and retention activities.

  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: You will track the progress of projects and campaigns, gathering data and producing periodic reports for the client, focusing on relevant KPIs and recommended optimizations.

  • Strategy & Client Satisfaction: You will identify opportunities for improvement in communication and operational approaches, contributing to the definition of strategies that maximize perceived value and long-term client satisfaction.

  • Company Representation: You will attend events, meetings, and presentations, helping to strengthen the brand's positioning and reputation.

Requirements

  • At least 2.5 years of previous experience in the role, preferably within an agency environment (digital, creative, content, social).

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing sight of the details.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

  • Strong team player with a results-oriented mindset.
